General Notary Services
We provide mobile notary solutions directly to individuals, families, and local businesses.
Applies to Acknowledgments, Jurats, Oaths, Affirmations, and Copy Certifications as per Arizona Administrative Code R2-12-1102.
Consumer Document Printing & Fulfillment
If you are a regular customer or local business needing us to print your legal forms, real estate documents, or custom packets prior to your appointment, we offer full-service document production.
Please email or upload your documents securely at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for complete verification and production.
Mobile Travel & Convenience Fees
For mobile notary appointments, a transparent travel fee is calculated from our home base in Chandler.
All travel fees are discussed and mutually agreed upon prior to departure.
Specialty Document Packages
Complex, multi-document files require extra time, organization, and care. We offer flat-rate, comprehensive specialty packages for your peace of mind.
Quitclaim or Warranty Deed notarization, identity verification, and local mobile travel.
Full-service handling of Living Trusts, Last Will & Testaments, Powers of Attorney, and Healthcare Directives. Includes coordinated handling for multiple signers.
Witness Policy: Signers are responsible for supplying their own witnesses. If you are unable to provide witnesses and need us to supply them, a fee of $50 per witness will apply.
Title, Escrow & Real Estate Closings
B2BAs an experienced Notary Signing Agent (NSA), I partner directly with escrow officers, title companies, and signing services to provide flawless real estate completions. Every closing includes dual-tray laser printing, meticulous document review, immediate scanbacks when required, and secure, timely FedEx/UPS drop-offs.

Arizona state maximum is $10.00 per notarized signature (Arizona Administrative Code R2-12-1102).
